What is with this influx of local D-list celebrities whoring out products these days?
I mean seriously...Poh from MasterChef is now the spokesperson for New Idea or something like that. I walk into a bookstore and see all three judges from that show with their own books on 'Food Etiquette' and 'How to Eat Greek Food'. Ummm...sure...
Then there's Livinia Nixon's love for DFO, Kate Ritchie and her vaseline-d body, Jessica Mauboy loving Telstra, Sharon from Kath and Kim diggin on Jenny Craig and that's just what I saw during one ad break. It's sad and it pisses me off.
That's me venting for the night.
Time for dark to take over, I'm off to bed.

No, what really pisses me off is those 20-to-1 shows dragging up C grade celebrities to bitch about shit no one even cares about anymore. That annoys me. And I hear eating Greek food is particularly hard. That book would be a fine investment.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I totally understand the 'I have watched Nick and Norah's too much'. I LOVED IT the first time and I LOVED the dialogue so much that I constantly watched within the first week of downloading it and so now I think I need to take a little break, but it is still fantastic. ATONEMENT WINS FOREVER. I could blab forever about the brilliance of that film.
